It was easy enough to use and is Australian based
Drawbacks:
I ordered and paid for food to be delivered using the OrderMate software 5 days ago and am still waiting for it to arrive. I've called daily and still have confirmation of whether I am getting a refund. I spoke to one staff member who said they need to confirm the restaurant is no longer using OrderMate and may then refund. Said they would respond within a day and it's now 4 days later with no follow up and I'm still $50 out of pocket.
