In sum:
I've been primarily looking for a different search-tool for Outlook after Microsoft bought lookout. It turns out that Exselo does this and more. It's the quickest and most correct search-tool I've ever used. It's got many of search and filtering options and it's in continuous Development. On the con-side they need to do something With the GUI.
