I don't like how bulky or slow it can be sometimes it is worth the money for long term growth and not short term

Benefits:

I liked that for my interview, I was given plenty of time to work on the problems. I enjoyed being able to run my code in a "regular" environment, because a lot of times when you run code in a browser the prints come out wrong. Everything went smoothly.

Benefits:

I most like the realistic development environment. Besides, I am also impressed by Lytmus. It's an app for administering real-world programming tests for job applicants in their environment.

Drawbacks:

The Fluency. I think the Lytmus should try to improve the user experience. If the Virtual Machine is more smoothy, I think users will more like it.

Benefits:

I found my interview with companies with lytmus are very smooth. I did not see any operations that are difficult to handle.

Drawbacks:

I did not know the diff between coderpad and lytmus. It seems the diff between the two products are not obvious

Benefits:

Lytmus provides a real-world environment that allows the interviewees like me could solve the problem in a familiar way. We can install the packages we need and set up the environment as we like. All of the customization makes me free comfortable during my online assessment. I would like to see other companies also provide the online assessment with Lytmus.

Drawbacks:

There is a learning curve for the interviewee who first knows Lytmus. So it takes some time for them to learn how the whole system works. Once people get familiar with it, the system becomes smooth as butter.

Benefits:

Loved working in a real development enviornment. Using Ubuntu made development a lot easier to debug Test cases and edit source code.

Drawbacks:

Steep learning curve if unfamiliar with Linux. I've talked to colleagues who are unfamiliar with Linux and found using a GUI in the browser challenging

Benefits:

The software is very intuitive and very easy to use! I liked how I was able to use my own text editor, that was the most useful part.

Drawbacks:

I think it was a little slow to load everything and use the browser just because it was emulating a vm.

Benefits:

* The software runs smoothly and leaves a very good impression * The features are all intuitive and the forms do not look crowded. * The demo does a good job of giving a feel for the software

Benefits:

Allows for customized environment in which everyone has the same needed software to complete the task at hand.

Drawbacks:

It is slow since it's a VM running in your browser, but it's not too noticeable when you're running your code.

Benefits:

The most important thing about this software is the lack of any kind of lag. Flawless and smooth run.

Drawbacks:

The only thing I do not like about this software is probably the design. The design could be made better, though the current one is not bad.
