Benefits:
The dialler is quite easy to use with very little training needed. Even when support it required the team at Blue Telecoms are easy to get in touch with.
Drawbacks:
It wasn't easy porting our numbers from a previous provider called Hostcomm. We do believe this was more to do with Hostcomm failures rather than Blue Telecoms which was partly why we left.
In sum:
Easy to use with a service team that cares about me and my business.

Benefits:
The best part of using Blue Telecoms is the team. No matter who you speak to, you get the best expert level of support. They also tend to remember your name.
Drawbacks:
We did have some carrier issues at the start. These were sorted out eventually though.
In sum:
Very good and will continue to use.

They do charge a little more than some other diallers. The support makes up for this though!

The call quality is very good and the support response is fast. This is very important in order to have our lines working at all times and very minimal downtime if it every happens.
Drawbacks:
The online panel is a bit complicated at first to find call history details and other important information, but it gets easier after a few weeks
In sum:
We like the call quality and the price is very competitive. We have not experienced any downtime as of yet, but the very few times we contacted support it was fast and reliable

Ease of use and good tech people who help with tricky tasks.
Drawbacks:
Costs a little more than other diallers but worth it for the server and availability.
In sum:
Our biggest problem coming from 8x8, was that our contact rate was very low. Blue Telecoms helped us change our outbound telephone numbers and also alter the way in which we dial customers. We have seen an improvement of 40% since switching and will likely stay for the long term now.

A nice customer service team that listens and quickly fixed problems when they occur.
Drawbacks:
Some of the features need improvement. They are working on a new interface though which will help us.

Nice customer service team and phone system that doesn't go down.
Drawbacks:
We don't have a stats feature which would be nice. I believe the tech team are working on this.
In sum:
Good and easy to use. The system doesn't go down so we never really have to contact them much.
