As I have only done a one month free trial, I'm unable to properly answer this question. I'm also not very technologically proficient. I needed a lot of help setting my referral program up but was given so much patient asssitance and great customer service during the whole process, that I cannot help but be very impressed. I own a small business in the holistic care industry, and I think perhaps it is my business that is perhaps not quite suited for the full potential this software has to offer. I would like to however, try to continue using this software and see what it can yield to my business.

In sum:
We were quite impressed with the effectiveness of Incentivit. We tested few referral programs and decided to go forward with Incentivit, not only because it is working extremely well but also because of their outstanding customer service. Great software!
