Benefits:
It's easy to use, completely webbased, so wherever i'm or whatever i do, i can see everything. I'm using it with my 10+ team for over 1,5 years now and i'm still very satisfied.
Drawbacks:
Can't think of something right now. If i ask something, they always find a solution to do the job.
In sum:
We save a lot and i mean a lot of time with this rental software. My team is making less mistakes because the software keep them on track. Even at the end of the day, people are still very productive because the software helps them to follow a few needed steps for each task. So if i have a new member in my team, they also using it like a 'pro' in a few minutes.
