I like most about the Sagenda that I can create my specials events, add bookable, see my calendar and chat with my clients

Very useful "SMS" notifications and reminders. They are happy to help. You can ask for more features and they build it for you for a small amount of money. I like the responsive Calendar, he fits my website very well. As it is 100% JavaScript you can Switch from screen to screen and from action to other action without reloading your website!
Drawbacks:
Support in only in English, French, German, maybe Spanish... otherwise they will answer you in English for every other languages.

In sum:
I had to find a booking system for one of my customer, the condition was that the tools should be free. Easy to find booking software on the internet, but for free not really! Sagenda is very well done (reponsive design) and can be used for free. The only things I can say against Sagenda is that there is not a lot of functionalities. But it looks like very fresh product, I hope project will evolved.
