Used properly this is a go-to tool which helps the user manage their programme/project on a daily basis. The ability to structure workflow supported and reinforced the company's delivery governance, and the ability to roll-up risks and project reporting proved invaluable.

No major dislikes/issues. The look and feel of the Execview UI was ok; however, this could be improved. I understand that this point is actively being addressed by the Execview team. Would have been good to have a dedicated App for quickly accessing project status.

Having implemented enterprise applications of very large vendors (often USA based), working with a smaller UK focused organisation was a delight. Responses were prompt and pertinent and we often were able to have a dialogue directly with the senior architect which had excellent outcomes.

Overall we are very happy with the tool and have rolled it out to our clients. It is very easy to use, aligned to the Project lifecycle and provides excellent reporting at all levels. The customer support team are very responsive and work hard to ensure any issues are resolved promptly. Excellent customer service team with regular contacts with their clients to build partnerships and plan together for the future.
