Benefits:
The concept is great - separate the business logic from the code. Non technical folks can add and edit business logic without involving engineering. It gives your product flexibility, which is critical for Loan and Risk management platforms.
Drawbacks:
The UI looks like it was built in the late 90s. There are several bugs which severely impact my experience. For example, the title of each node (basic building block of the Workflows that users are intended to build) has clipped, oversized text that makes it nearly impossible to read. At least once per day, the program unexpectedly closes out with the error "Out of memory." You can't copy nodes or workflow across tabs (probably not a bug but a significant gap in necessary features). Worst of all, the customer service is abysmal. If they don't know an answer to a question right off the bat, they will quite literally ignore you until you go away.
In sum:
Helped get our product off the ground, but the software is not good. I would not recommend if your company can find alternative.
