Benefits:
Software itself is very user oriented. The best part is the Support team which is available to help me whenever I have an issue or question. I also like that all my needs can be managed in one single platform.
Drawbacks:
I wish they create a feature that can map all the relevant content available on the internet to what has been taught in the classroom

Yes, I had seen the demo and really appreciate the user friendly in this software. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] had given the demo and he has been very polite, patience and helping us understand the software.
Drawbacks:
I had liked the how easy it is for a layman to manage
