Benefits:
Cargo 3000's best feature is the ease of use, it is quite easy to move from each section and it covers most of the things you would need when creating new shipments for export/import.
Drawbacks:
The software is slow and still lacks a lot of features that new softwares have already developed
In sum:
I believe Cargo3000 is more suited for smaller sized businesses. Large scale businesses may have a tougher time using this software internally. The communication and ability to share within is not very good.
