Easy to use and finding consignments. Access to all historic jobs which is better than carrier systems. Enhanced our mailroom's reputation for improving efficiency and customer service.
Drawbacks:
Training new internal users on the client portal - takes some time for new users to appreciate that detail required are to improve operations.

Key value was the existing integrations with multiple carriers as well as the embedded financial management.
Drawbacks:
The administrative back end is clunky and not very user friendly. Financial integration to external systems are sub standard.
In sum:
Very knowledgeable and helpful support team that works well with us as a reasonably small client, but the software itself is starting to show it's age.
