Much of it is automated and works behind the scenes
Drawbacks:
The product takes credit for the existing bookings that you have, it is not text capable.
In sum:
The rep they give you is friendly and helpful BUT when you have an issue or a situation they get a manager to contact you, this may take weeks or even months. When you explain the situation and what you were promised by Mitchell1 they listen but do not care, they explain why you are wrong and that their system is perfect. I have had multiple phone calls with management explaining the situation with proof and documentation but they choose not to listen or accept the documentation and say that I am wrong that their system is perfect. To work for the socialcrm department you must first drink their Koolaide

Benefits:
This software generated almost 1,000 reviews during the time we used it. Sadly, no one cares. Google is the place that people look for reviews.
Drawbacks:
They don't seem sensitive to what a customer might think about being asked over and over again to review your business. It's borderline harassment between the automated texts, phone calls, and emails.
In sum:
Not worth the investment. No one knows what Sure Critic is, nor do they care.
