Benefits:
I love how simple the product is, one of the rep is really helpful. I have multiple social media accounts and brands, keeping on top of how each of them is doing is pretty annoying, until I found this service and now I am very happy because I get it sent to my email once a week and can login to one dashboard and see the stats and activity quickly for little money too!
Drawbacks:
I don't have that many cons, maybe a few more platforms supported would be helpful but I haven't run into that. I did have a problem connecting to one of my accounts but support was very quick to get back with me. A few more metrics would be nice too but I don't have specific notes on what I would want different so I'm overall very happy.
In sum:
Really love a simple dashboard and email weekly to see what is going on with multiple social media accounts! Helps you measure your activity as an admin for a small price.
