Benefits:

Does everything i need it to do. Support team is efficient in helping. Manage league rosters, scores etc.

Drawbacks:

Old interface, old features, not very intuitive admin. Many features simply don't work. Everything is about 5 steps away when it could be one. It's not very mobile friendly, since it was developed years before an iPhone was.

In sum:

You can't beat $150 a year for a service that provides as much as LL does. It's missing a few bells and whistles such as team chat, blast texts, etc, as well as a higher functioning venue calendar. Site customization isn't as robust as other services. But for the price range, it does almost everything you could ask for. Would highly recommend to any organization that is looking for online registration, roster management, nice looking interface ease of use and wanting to save money.

Benefits:

The price is attractive at a year. A support team is generally pretty prompt and friendly. Eventually, you get the hang of clicking all over the place to find the feature you're looking for.

Drawbacks:

Old interface, old features, not very intuitive admin. Many features simply don't work. Everything is about 5 steps away when it could be one. It's not very mobile friendly, since it was developed years before an iPhone was.

In sum:

We are able to manage our league rosters, schedules and count pitches.
