The best part about Capterra is that it does the thinking for you. For example, if you are unsure about what software to use for CRM, all you have to do is type CRM in the search bar and Capterra will suggest options for you to choose from. Each software has a description and reviews to facilitate decision making. I find Capterra easy to use and usually find the right software for my work.

This simple survey tool is exactly what you need if you want to get answers from groups of people. We use it for Pittsburgh.net to gather information and opinions from around Pittsburgh. Simple with not a lot of bells and whistles. Easy enough to look at and use but support people are attentive and wonderful and sometimes put the whole survey together for you without extra fees. Good product and people.

It is one of the only survey programs around that you don't have to pay a monthly fee and commit to a year. You can upload your lists easily, create your emails, upload your logo. It is very easy to use, and if you run into any problems their customer support team gets back to you very quickly. Just send and email and they are back to you in less than 24 hours. The only functionality missing is when you send a reminder about the survey, it doesn't automatically take out those who have filled out the survey. So I wound up doing manual lists - not a huge deal. The value for what its costs is great!

Questionstar is very easy to handle. I am using it for the questionnaire of my Master-Thesis. In case of questions the customer service answers quickly and is very helpful.
