Benefits:
The ability to create any question and customize the possible answers. The ability to change the look so it matches my webstie. Easy to view the results from the survey.
Drawbacks:
I guess I wanted to change the colors a bit more, but the free options worked fine in the end
In sum:
I learned where my target marketing was working and not working. I learned what level of experience my website visitors had with yoga prior to speaking to them.

Benefits:
Qeryz helped us a lot with the keywords that were needed for a client's website, with excellent wording and optimal maintenance. I encourage you to easily find the answers to the topics and comments in the forums. In just minutes we had the material for the users.
Drawbacks:
The client had limited resources and decided to dispense with the tool due to its high cost. Still, it is still an effective tool.

Benefits:
Very easy to install, intuitive design. Very simple to start and pause surveys and review data quickly. Had a technical issue and the CEO responded personally to resolve it - top notch support.
Drawbacks:
It's hard to find something I don't like about this software. The features work as specified. The only issue we had was with wildcards and it was resolved via support.
In sum:
Ability to ask a question to our customers depending on pages they land on is critical and the ease of changing out surveys makes it so simple to use!
