What is a Hosted PBX?
PBX is an office telephone software which connects internal numbers to outside telephone lines and mobile networks (i.e., all your employees’ corporate telephone numbers on the whole). A hosted PBX is a service that replaces a physical office telephone exchange. Software IP-PBX is granted to the customer for use.
When a physical PBX is used, the hardware is installed at the client's premises, and in the case of using a hosted station, all equipment and software are deployed at the operator's, the client connects to the PBX via the Internet.
- To produce an image of a reliable company. Cloud-based telephony is well positioned to polish one’s image – so that the company is regarded as a large trustworthy business. You get landline phone numbers, and you can also provide your "departments" (even if you don’t have any) with separate phone numbers. This feature can be especially useful for communication with major corporate customers.
