Infinite Cab is a highly efficient in managing my taxi business. The geolocation facilities helps in tracking the passenger location and the vehicle location in a perfect manner. Due to this, I can dispatch the vehicles to the passengers very accurately, leading to their complete satisfaction.

Drawbacks:

I have been using Infinite Cab for quite sometime and as of now, I don't find any flaw worth mentioning.

Drawbacks:

The product is extremely functional and is the best among the lot! I have been using the software for over a year and it has been functioning without a glitch. The support team is very helpful and answered all my queries without any hesitation. They were available over the phone and through e-mails 24 x 6.

Drawbacks:

The provision for feedbacks should be mandatory and not optional so that we, owners can get a clear picture of the behaviour of the driver.

Pros works well integrating well with business on google maps have used it on desk top on iPad and iPhone works well across the whole system. Customers really love the email with a picture of the driver and the drivers phone number Cons A little difficult to set up but got there in the end. Once i worked out how the cars were set up I was sorted. Wondered how I worked my business without this software. I have friends/ fellow operators who now use my live system to price jobs, although they do price the jobs them selves by adding their price and system price and holding it lol. Again can't emphasise enough how this software has allowed me my life back AND increased my profit margin
