Everything in one place, sort of. Somewhat programmable.

Slow (make that, extremely sloooow), poor navigation

In sum:

Benefits:

Nothing is intuitive about this web app. Why would they bother selling this thing, it's from the stone age.

Drawbacks:

Everything especially the UI, It looks ready to use and then loads more stuff unexpectedly.

In sum:

Waste of time. Can drive to the travel agent and book faster.

Benefits:

It is straightforward to use and although tedious, I know what fields need to be filled in.

Drawbacks:

Does not save my responses so that I can re-enter common expenses again e.g. taxi, or save frequently used job codes. Every time I want to submit a new claim, even though it is under the same job code I have to open a new expense, instead of allowing me to submit different receipts and claim types in the same entry.
