Benefits:
Rentivo software was been brilliantly designed, very clean and efficient.
Drawbacks:
This software was developed in England and our company is in the US so some verbiage/ terminology needed to be defined.
In sum:
We have been working with Rentivo for about a year and have been very pleased. Rentivo drives a large portion of our platform the results and support have been excellent.

Haven't encountered any issues!
In sum:
Rentivo is not just off the shelf products. We are a tech partner of Rentivo and use some of their API services in our booking business processes.

Ease of use. Flexibility. Excellent payment system. Widgets, built in features, and more coming. They are very open-minded and always looking to improve for the benefit of all Rentivo users.

We discovered Rentivo in our search to find vacation rental software that was flexible and could be customized to our needs. We now have a system that handles everything from our complex multi-tiered taxes, varied discount structures, to online payments; all with ease!

Rentivi is offering a user-friendly cloud platform for your business. They do also offer you payment processing which is easy to handle.
Drawbacks:
If I shall mention something it would be great with a channel management module but that may come later.
