Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die einfache Einrichtung und der deutschsprachige Ansprechpartner. Wir suchten nach einer Lösung mit der wie einen eigenen Player/CDN und die Möglichkeit zum Streamen auf Social-Media-Plattformen haben. Insbesondere die Performance bei vielen gleichzeitigen Livestreams, wie es bei uns öfter vorkommt, hat uns überzeugt. Ein weitere Vorteil ist die äußerst schnelle Bereitstellung der Videodateien nach dem Livestream, selbst bei sehr langen Streams dauert das nur wenige Minuten.

Drawbacks:

Einige Funktionen, wie etwa das einfachere verbinden der Social-Media-Accounts, wären noch wünschenswert.

Insgesamt überzeugt uns die Zusammenstellung der Funktionen, die direkte Erreichbarkeit und die Einhaltung der Datenschutz-Anforderungen (DSGVO lässt auch hier Grüßen....) Wir hoffen, dass die Software auch in Zukunft weiter entwickelt wird und noch weitere Funktionen dazu kommen.

Der große Vorteil ist, dass sich Livestreams nicht nur gut verteilen lassen, sondern dass es hier auch einen eigenen Player für die Seite gibt. Ich nutze das Tool regelmäßig zum Schneiden der Veranstaltungsvideos, was reibungslos funktioniert. Außerdem nutzen wir den moderierten Chat bei unseren Events.

Drawbacks:

Es wäre wünschenswert, hier Gäste einfacher in die Streams dazu schalten zu können.

Mir gefällt, das wir mit der Software einen Player haben, den wir in jede Seite einbinden können. Mit den Echtzeit-Statistiken sehe ich immer, wie viele Nutzer aktuell dabei sind. Außerdem verteilen wir den Stream zu Social Channels, und ich schneide fast alle Videos direkt in der Software.

Rocketium provides a platform to create high quality videos affordably at scale. Our original use case was outside of their offering but they were able to work with us to meet our requirements and added the features to their platform as part of the base offering. Their API is robust and their support is second to none. I highly recommend Rocketium.

Drawbacks:

No cons to speak of, every hurdle has been addressed. With all API integrations there is a learning curve but nothing too painful...

From importing your design files ( or creating them from scratch on Rocketium itself) to exporting, this end-to-end solution plays a pivotal role for any designer. Rocketium provides excellent use cases for different teams, from designers to marketing managers. Creative personalization provides the marketing team to advertise very efficiently and maximize growth.

When we tried to cancel, they would not let us and then after billing for another month, they refused to offer a refund. Now have to go through VISA to attempt a chargeback. The whole time I was asking for a refund they CSR kept asking me to give feedback on what features I didn't like. It was insane.
