Read more The speed at which documents upload and download are great, it allows me to get work done quickly and efficiently. The different functions that the dataroom has are also really useful, being able to set both general and specific folder permissions gives real control over access and the document previews make life easier, as you don't have to download a document just to have a quick look! The search tool is also a great addition - being able to search for specific words is a real time saver. Drawbacks: Occasionally the document previews take a while to load.
