It was intuitive, allowing me to quickly work out how to do what I needed to do. The second time I was responsible for setting up the Data Room from the start. The people helping me were amazing; they were very friendly and all my questions were answered quickly and completely, and when I did have an issue (of our own making) they quickly found a solution for us. Drawbacks: Nothing - it did everything I needed it to do. Summary: External Data Room Benefits: Reasonable price, easy to use and good customer follow-up Drawbacks: I didn't experience any cons, but did not use much of the sites functionality. Read more The speed at which documents upload and download are great, it allows me to get work done quickly and efficiently. The different functions that the dataroom has are also really useful, being able to set both general and specific folder permissions gives real control over access and the document previews make life easier, as you don't have to download a document just to have a quick look! The search tool is also a great addition - being able to search for specific words is a real time saver. Drawbacks: Occasionally the document previews take a while to load.
