My experience was pretty nice. I check with extension from these guys and it worked as described.

NO PROS AT THIS TIME. DONT HAVE ANYTHING POSTIVE THAT WORKED ON THIS.

SYSTEM REQUIRED US 2 DIFFERENT PARTIES TO SET UP. YOU MUST HAVE A IT SAVVY PERSON TO KEEP MAINTAIN THE WEBSITE. COST WAS OUT THE WAZOOOOOO. WE EITHER HIRED THE WRONG PARTNERS TO ASSIST WITH THIS VENTURE OR THE PRODUCT DOES NOT FUNCTION WELL WITH BACKORDERS AND COLLECTING CUSTOMER PAYMENTS WHEN SHORT SHIPMENTS HAPPEN.

Summary:

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON THIS BEFORE DECIDING ON THIS.

I bought this as the software I was using was rather out of date. I felt that I had to struggle to get to grips with it and the online help is difficult to navigate. But it was only recently when I had to update my site that it all went seriously wrong. Suddenly half my images weren't displayed despite them being listed in the Images folder. I tried Customer Support who I found to be condescending and rather abrupt. (I have a degree in IT, but I didn't tell them that) They suggested several fixes, all of which I tried but only got error message after error message. In the end they said that I must have deleted the files - but the files were there - in the folder. Then they blamed my computer. At that stage I gave up and began the search for some replacement software.
