I've been using the website services for 5+ years and they are great. The let you get as involved as you want to be and for the price, you cannot be the product!

I now am able to send changes to the website or logo to here and things get done. For years I felt like the only time I was contacted was to purchase but could not get anyone to help when i needed it. We have been on solid footing for quite a few years now. I love your integrated email. I am grateful for the willingness to change the website to customize it.

Drawbacks:

There are features that advisor evolved or some of the other websites like a communication portal for people to talk to us on our website.

In sum:

Good, I have increased my purchasing and will do more as it becomes more integrated with hawksoft or gains more carriers on the rater.

Benefits:

I find the ability to get quote requests emailed directly to us is very valuable and a great function.

Drawbacks:

I feel like the ease of use for updating the website is a little high. Without regular training you forget what exactly you need to do just for minor updates.

In sum:

It's been an overall very good experience and if I ever have questions that are answered pretty promptly.

Benefits:

We are very happy with the design, look and functionality of our website that ITC helped us develop and setup over 3 years ago. It is easy to work with and anytime we need customer support their team resolves or answers our questions quickly and efficiently.

Drawbacks:

I wish the admin functionality was a little more user friendly.

Awesome, we have seen our digital presence grow since switching over to ITC and they give us plenty of data to see whats going on with our page.

Benefits:

Working with ITC to build our website has been a very pleasant process. The ITC team has been very helpful from the beginning design stages to the final stages of launching our new website and I like having my own designated rep to reach out to any time I have questions or need to make changes that I don't have access to, they've been very responsive and quick to move on any request. I also like the ease of use of the website management site where I can create my own content or access analytical data I may need. I also like using their services to help manage our social media pages.

Drawbacks:

The con is that it can be very time consuming and challenging to create a new website from the ground up if you don't have any experience in doing this. The ITC team is very good at assisting you through the process but you have to know what direction you want to go in first and then make sure everything is implemented as intended. If you don't know how to work the management website for it, it can be a little confusing at first but once you get a handle on it it is easy.

Overall I've had a good experience working with the ITC website builder site and design team with their services offered. I would highly recommend anyone considering using ITC to feel confident it is a good choice.

It's turnkey, once ITC creates it. I have had to change my domain name and it was done quickly. The feature to toggle between English and Spanish is a great feature. For the price I highly recommend ITC Website builder, very easy to use and maintain and excellent customer service.

Drawbacks:

I haven't encountered anything to improve on yet. (it's been over a year)

The benefits where the suggestions of the web designer, my site looks much better than I imaged it could for the price.
